...and He will slay the dragon...
Isaiah 27. 1
(We all deal with dragons,
scary and frightful,
looming in the shadows,
coming suddenly upon us,
tackling our weaknesses
and magnifying our fears,
both real and imagined.
God can slay our dragons,
when we lay them before Him.
He grants us a strength
that is not our own.
His Presence pushes back
the darkness.
And He walks with us
safely past watchful dragons.)
O LORD,
We give to You,
not just this day
but our fears.
Help us to know
You are with us.
Help us to know You more.
Show us Your way in this,
not just to survive,
but to thrive in You.
