Be strong

  and courageous.

Fear not.

Do not be dismayed.

...Arise and work!

     be with you.

(Those first three commandments

--be strong, courageous, fearless

           without dismay --

directly impact all that we do

      and how we do it.

Why is this so overwhelming?

When we try to approach it

    under our own steam.

And what would we do differently

if we walked with the LORD

            through this?

The circumstances

           may not change,

but our hearts are different.

Different journey,

different scenery,

far different outcome.

I don't want to miss out

  on what the LORD

          does with this.)

Anoint, O LORD,

this day and everything in it.

Pour Your oil and strength,

Your wisdom and grace,

Your Spirit all over it.

Help us to arise and work

  in whatever You have

  placed before us

for Your glory indeed.
