with the help of our God.

(The walls of Jerusalem lain in waste

            for 140 years.

Nehemiah led the people

      to rebuild it

                    in 52 days.

God specializes in

             impossible tasks

that we may know Him more.

The real achievement

       is realizing

               we need Him.

We have only to be faithful.

    God brings His strength to it.

In whatever we do,

   may His glory

            get all over it.)

O LORD,

May we be faithful to You

   in all that You

   have given us

that we may know You

    and Your strength

                   even more.

Nehemiah's training ground

   was being faithful

   in what appeared to be a mundane job.

But You, O LORD all along,

    were building His trust in You.

Your glory is manifested

            even in the every days,

    even in what we don't yet see.

And others come

            to see Your hand too.
