Give thanks to the LORD,

call upon His name,

make known His deeds

      among the peoples,

proclaim that His name

                 is exalted...

for great in your midst is

the Holy One of Israel.

            Isaiah 12. 4, 6

     of things to do,

but a reminder

     of who He is.

How would that daily liturgy

of giving thanks,

calling upon,

making known,

and proclaiming Him,

change our hearts,

vision for what we see,

and impact how we respond?

The Almighty

           is in our midst.

Even today.  Even in this.)

O LORD,

Guide our minds and thoughts

and responses

                to You.

Help us to set our hearts

                      on You

to bring You glory

               in this day

and to be used by You

for Your great purposes.

Realign our affections

    to Your steadfast love

and make You known

         in word and deed.
