(Learning to pursue God

in the quiet times

that we know

       and not just believe

His Presence

      in the hard stuff,

not if it comes

              but when.

God is our strength

   and our stability,

not dependent

           on circumstances,

but empowered

     to respond to them.)

 

O LORD,

Help us to seek You

   in quiet and favor

so that we know

          Your voice

   and Your Presence

when everything is

        chaos around us.

May Your Spirit

be not just obvious to us

but as a beacon to others.

Your strength

   gets all over everyone.
