As the LORD lives,

who has redeemed

my soul

out of every adversity...

that life would be easy

without trouble and turmoil

and narrow squeaks

     in this broken world,

but He promises

          each one of us,

"Fear not.

      I am with you.

      Even in this."

Trusting God

is knowing that

     He is redeeming.

What is the story

that God has given

each one of us

to point others to Him?

God is in this.)

 

O LORD,

Wherever we are,

among whomever,

whatever the circumstances,

however impossible,

we cannot but speak

of what we have seen,

heard and experienced

             in You.

We rely on Your power

  to live boldly

and graciously

      in Your name,

      for Your kingdom,

      for Your glory.

You are already

working and redeeming.

Help us to be

        faithful to You.
