At present

we do not yet

see everything

   in subjection to Him.

But we see Him...

        Hebrews 2. 8-9

(We live in both

    the now and yet.

We cannot understand

               everything,

but we can trust Him.

We see Jesus

      and know Him.

Not just believing,

but listening, responding

   and doing His Word.

Fruitfulness in the yet

from faithfulness in the now.

Trusting Christ transcends

not just the circumstances

  but what we can yet grasp.)

O LORD,

Help us to not just

       know Your Word,

but to do Your Word.

As we walk with You,

    we trust in You.

You have this situation,

this difficulty,

      even this joy

in the palm of Your hand.

May we not just

         seek the solution

         or a specific answer,

but seek You in this.

You are working far beyond

what we can see and realize

                at the moment

    but in all eternity.

The supernatural

          does not just break through.

Your Presence is already here.
