...raise an altar to the LORD

       on the threshing floor...

                1 Chronicles 21. 18

(Right here, O LORD?

Worshiping God

     wherever I am today,

where God has

         strategically positioned me,

even in the most unlikely places.

Even in doing the most mundane

        or leading a company,

the threshing floor

              or the corner office,

scrubbing toilets

      or making multi-million deals,

this is sacred space.

Worship Him in it.

Bring His name here.)

O LORD,

Help us to raise an altar

             to You today,

in this work.

Wherever You are worshiped

           is holy ground.

Thank You

    that You use everything

                      for Your glory,

nothing insignificant

       in what I do.

You are present.

              Even here.

In Your name.

For Your Kingdom.

For Your glory.

    That changes everything.
