So you will be

   a sign to them,

and they will know

   that I am the LORD.

         Ezekiel 24. 27

(Whatever we are experiencing,

how we approach it,

how we respond to the situation

     and to those in it,

is an opportunity

    to point others to God.

People are always

          watching us,

not to see if we are

     perfect or imperfect,

   but to see if God is real.

In whatever we confront,

what do we do

               differently

because we are believers?

Does anyone see

anything different in us?)

O LORD,

May we be a witness to You

in whatever we face today,

whatever we do

      and how we do it.

May we have

     the mind of Christ in this.

And that is going to

not just look different,

but take us on

   a different journey

   and to a different outcome.

Sometimes we just need

   to be the strength for others.

Sometimes others are

      looking not at us

but looking for You.

Help us to be a sign

   to trust You .
