(Always the turning point

          in the narrative

    and in our own stories.

It is not that God

suddenly enters the equation,

but we realize He is already here,

                      all ready,

   not just in time

   but reality of the situation.

His Presence changes

        everything,

how we see circumstances,

whether we react

             or respond,

how we see God,

see others,

see ourselves.)

O LORD,

We need help.

We need You.

You are here.

Help us to see You

   in this difficulty,

   in this hard place,

and to follow You.

Not just to believe,

or think,

or imagine,

but know You

     change everything.

You do not just drop in,

or drop by,

but You abide with us

   in Shekinah Glory.
