equipped me with strength

even on the

    most ordinary of days,

even in what does not

    appear to matter,

equips, trains,

    and strengthens us

for what comes next

    --the expected or unexpected.)

O LORD,

Thank You for preparing us

and teaching us

      to lean on You.

You are our strength.

You do not just help us

     to survive this hard thing,

but You redeem

  and turn all things

  right side up,

even that which we

   cannot understand now.

You strengthen us

    both for today

           and the next.

Your strength

     becomes our own.
