With God

    we shall do valiantly;

it is He

   who will tread down

                      our foes.

            Psalm 60. 12

(With God

      changes everything.

Not "with God, we'll get

            through this."

Not "with God,

             we'll win."

Not "with God,

          it will be easy."

When we walk with God,

abide in Him,

seek His Presence,

God changes our hearts

that we may navigate

        this difficulty,

not with despair,

but with His courage,

bravery and boldness

that is not our own

    in what appears

         as impossible situations.

Despair is self-dominating.

Courage thinks of others

     and responds to need.

God treads down

              anything we fear,

both real and imagined,

that what we should do

  is not motivated by fear,

       but by the Almighty.

There are some things

  we should be afraid of

in order to be wise and cautious.

But God shows us

  how to walk through them.

                     With Him.)

O LORD,

We so often forget

         with You

we see everything differently.

With You,

    we live differently.

Because of You,

    we are different.

Go before us,

walk with us,

help us know

    how to love others

    in this time of need

that they may come

          to know You.
