And All Of Its Synonyms

 

...casting all your anxieties

                on Him,

because He cares for you.

           1 Peter 5. 7

(The Greek word all

   means exactly that.

All, any, every, always.

Because God cares for us.

And He knows

   what anxiety does to us.

It distracts us

     from all that can be.

Give it to Me.

Let Me carry it.

God loves us too much

  for us trying to do life

  without Him.

And that is what

           anxiety is.)

O LORD,

Please help us

  to direct our fears

and worries and anxieties

         to You

and receive Your peace.

Help us to trust You

   forward and backward.

Empower us to cast

   our angst

and all of its synonyms

way beyond our reach.

Fill us with

      Your ways in this.
