    through the sea,

    through the great waters,

         impossible to us.

O LORD, 

Help us not just to see

an answer 

or a path

or a rescue helicopter 

or a new door,

but that we would seek You.

Only You.

Please grant us 

    one little step

    and Your strength to take it,

and trust You for the next.
