          2 Chronicles 30. 9

(Seeking the LORD

changes everything about us,

how we approach

        what is before us

--the favorable

          and the overwhelming--

how we treat others,

how we see circumstances,

how we work,

how we worship God

     in all we face

     and all we do.

Serving and loving God,

seeking intimacy with Him,

directly impacts

    the trajectory of our lives

and deeply influences

everyone around us

and even those

     who come after us,

the generations yet unborn.

May we be aware of

the residual effects

     of our walk with the LORD.)

O LORD,

May we consider

not just what we do,

but what it does to us.

Help us to seek You

      even in this.

Help us to love others

     because we love You

and because You have

     changed the course of our lives.

You walk with us, O LORD.

Help us to take Your hand.

Guide us in Your ways

that we may see all things

              differently

for Your glory.
