The Mighty One,

   God the LORD!

          Joshua 22. 22

(What a difference

if we wrote His name

at the top of our day

and woven in the midst

      of our struggles,

not just aware

       of His Presence,

but living under the banner

      of His holy Name.

Remember who we are

   and Whose we are.)

O LORD,

Help us to live

       in Your Name

into the day before us.

Help us to learn

 to walk not just

     in witness to You

but in with-ness

              with You.

In Your Name,

You bring something

   extraordinary

   into the ordinary.

In Your Name,

there are

no small obediences,

no insignificant

            kindnesses,

and always

   a new vision.
