O LORD,

Help me to realize 

my courage is in You,

    not in my own strength,

    or abilities,

    or even my feelings.

Please help me

   to follow You

   in this.

Practicing every day,

in every way,

not just patterns 

          of behavior,

but setting my heart

        on Yours.
