...the LORD hears

     when I call to Him.

absolutely,

assuredly.

The key word here is

          "when."

First response,

           not last resort.

Even in the act of

     calling to Him,

God changes my heart.)

O LORD,

We come before You,

not to tell You

         what to do,

         how to do it,

         when it should be done,

but

   to pour our hearts before You,

to leave these heavy things

               on the altar,

and be willing to follow You

         even in what

         we cannot understand,

even for what

      is Your glory in this.
