He that goes forth weeping,

bearing the seed for sowing,

shall come home

            with shouts of joy,

bringing his sheaves with him.

(Faithfulness to God

           even in the hard stuff,

fruitfulness from God

            even in unexpected places.

Am I sowing right where I am?

Or looking for an exit door?

God never said life would be easy,

but promises that "I am with you."

God has a way of redeeming 

        what only looks like despair

                         on the outside).
