Walk about Zion,

go around her,

number her towers,

consider well

     her ramparts,

go through her citadels,

that you may tell

the next generation

that this is God,

our God forever and ever.

He will guide us forever.

(God is with us

in these difficulties,

this hard stuff,

the mysteries,

the shadowlands.

Search Him out.

He is drawing us

  closer to Himself

that He may be

known by us

and shape our lives.

Do everything you can

to know God more

and to let others know

your chronicle

   of God's faithfulness.

God is

on Whom we can

       stake our lives.)

O LORD,

You reveal Yourself to us

in the vastness of

        Your creation.

You reveal Yourself to us

in the tiny little corners

and intricate details of

         our daily lives.

It is not that we

search you out,

but that we are pursued

by You

as Your beloved.

May we be aware of

that Your Presence

           with us

radically impacts

how we see this day

and how we live.
