but we can

do everything we are able

   to live above reproach,

making different choices

  in the ordinary

    and the extraordinary,

not for personal gain

         or recognition

but for the flourishing of others

    and the glory of God.

Faithfulness

       produces fruitfulness,

particularly when unexpected,

even in a drought.)

O LORD,

Do others see

   a transformed soul

or just someone

   wearing Your nametag?

Please help us

         to be fully aware

of the choices we make

and how those

   point others to You

   ...or to us.

Help us to realize

 little choices

   on the most ordinary days

reveal our character.

No insignificant details

   abide in Your economy.

They see You

   by the choices we make

to love others,

neighbors,

strangers,

  even those set against us.

May Your grace

prevail in us today.
