O my soul,
and why are you disquieted
within me?
Hope in God;
for I shall again praise Him,
my help and my God.

(Remember His faithfulness
in the past.
When I walk with Him,
I am never alone.
He is bringing me through this.
No time to panic,
but to trust God
both in it and through it.)
