Navigational Tools

 

...so walk in a manner

     worthy of the Lord,

fully pleasing to Him,

bearing fruit

     in every good work,

and increasing

     in the knowledge of God.

(To set this passage

before us at the dawning

   of a new day,

radically changes the course,

not just of these hours,

but the very trajectory

        of our lives.

Not just grasping a wavering attitude,

     but ingraining a mindset.

To walk, to please, to bear, to know,

   all seamlessly interconnected,

   all life-changing.)

O LORD,

May we catch a glimpse

of what walking with You

      looks like.

Synchronize our thoughts

         with Yours.

Help us to navigate

           a different path

to bring You glory.
