No good thing

does He withhold

from those who walk uprightly.

O LORD of hosts,

blessed is the one

     who trusts in You.

                 Psalm 84. 11-12

(God is not about

   to abandon you now.

"Trust in Me,

         trust Me,

not in answers,

nor in circumstances."

There is always

a lot more at stake

than what we see

                   now.)

O LORD,

Your goodness surrounds us,

so much that most often

we cannot even recognize

       Your hand in this,

  until the other side of it.

Please help us to be

        faithful to You,

even in mystery,

knowing You are working,

          and knowing You.

Establish our hearts in You,

keep our eyes on You

            not the outcome,

           nor the steep cliff,

but wherever

     and among whomever

You strategically position us

                       today

and to walk with You

            in it and through it.

Your goodness is displayed

      not just at the end

but in the midst of the journey.
