Paul was about to be brought
into the barracks,
he said to the tribune,
"May I say something
to you?"
Acts 21. 37
(Every opportunity,
every divine appointment,
every sacred encounter,
is strategically designed
to point others to God.
But do we even say anything
at all?
Or let the moment pass
unheeded?
In whatever we are going through,
wherever we find ourselves,
among whomever around us,
there is a God-designed
spiritual dimension
and eternal purpose.
Do we seek those moments?
Are we even aware of them?)
O LORD,
You have seamlessly woven
Your purposes into this day.
May we be sensitive
to Your leading
and bold in speaking of You.
Your Spirit infiltrates and invades
and infects
even the most ordinary moments,
to point others to You
and bring You glory.
How do we see this situation
differently
because we know
You are in it?
