As they were going

       along the road...

            Luke 9. 57

(Jesus doesn't just

   meet us

   in our comings and goings.

He walks with us

              through them.

Am I walking with Him,

listening for His voice,

watching for His hand,

knowing His Presence,

          even in this?)

O LORD,

We walk with You

in the newness of this day,

so out of the ordinary,

new patterns,

new paths,

new purposes

            for Your glory.

Help us to stay tuned

      to Your voice,

Your direction,

Your being

       right where we are,

       right on this road,

no matter what,

no matter where.

We are not alone in this.

      You are with us,

Your glory unfolding in

    the most unexpected times

    and the most unlikely places.
