For you may be giving

     thanks enough,

but the other person

  is not being built up.

   1 Corinthians 14.17

(Am I thinking 

       about others,

or only myself in this?

Make me mindful,

O LORD,

for the wellbeing

of those around me,

being built up

          in You.

Not what's in it for me,

but what's in it

        through You?)
