And he said,

"The LORD has broken through

        my enemies

                  like a breaking flood."

Therefore the name of that place is called

                               Baal-perazim.

                           2 Samuel 5. 20

(Baal-perazim literally means

    "The LORD of breaking through."

It is not that God "shows up,"

but that we realize that

       He has already gone before us.

My "enemies" are anything I fear,

              both real and imagined.

Nothing can hold back

              God's purposes.

God redeems,

      even the unexpected.

Fear just keeps me

              from realizing that).
