Yea, You are my rock

            and my fortress;

for Your name's sake

      lead me and guide me,

take me out of the net

  which is hidden for me,

for You are my refuge.

(There is no stronger place

     or safer place

             than in His name.

His refuge is 

   not that in which to hide

but a place of strength

        from which to go forth.)
