O LORD,

(Combat dismay with God's faithfulness to you.

It is all part of His plan, even in this.)

Thus says the LORD,

"Stand by the roads, and look,

and ask for the ancient paths,

      where the good way is,

and walk in it,

and find rest for your souls."

                        Jeremiah  6.16

(Seek His direction

      because it impacts not only you

but also everyone around you)

...that in everything

He might be pre-eminent.

...to lead a life worthy of the LORD,

and increasing in the knowledge of God.
